♥ Some Good News? 8D

Yah! I don't know if I'm being super excited or that I'm just simply excited~ When I logged into Tohosomnia today (I'm starting to really like that forum, lol!), I found some super juicy news on the net! Well, at least it's super juicy for a dongbang lover like me. XD After months and months of waiting (since July) at last the Courts has released its ruling! (am I using this vocab correctly? I've never studied in this area before~) And Tohosomnia is being such a sweetheart an saving us all the anxiety by posting up ALL updates related about this case so far. (Mind you, this case is still partially solved as of this date.)

When I read the headline of the first article, I was like: COOL!!!! AWESOME!!!! FINALLY!!!! I'm gonna add them here and see how you'll react to it.

I'm glad to say that even though the boys didn't end up getting exactly what they want, but this is good enough, right? I mean, it's possible that the Courts will better comply after a little bit more discussion. Because as I'm told, there are a few areas in the contract that won't be easy to work with such as the income distribution etc. (This will be stated in the last article) and decisions related to that has not been made.

And not only CreBeau which will be sueing SM Entertainment but also the three of our lovely boys! I bet SM will be revising a LOT of their accounts by the end of this year due to this. Here's what it says:

And soon we're gonna see lots more of the dongbang boys on stages and screens and even their music everywhere! Now that the contract is partially suspended and SM was told to allow independent activities, they can sore and achieve their true purpose of being in the entertainment industry! Gosh, I so LOVE this Court~ lol!!

By the way, I do hope that they wont ever have to work with SME again. After this dispute I bet SME won't be any different and may attack the boys in other ways after losing all those profits. It'll be great if TVXQ could start their own company or something (but still perform on stage and produce albums of their own of course) and continue the dongbang wave all over the world! OMG, just imagining it made me feel so proud already. XD

They didn't allow suspension of the whole contract but they are siding over to the boys for everything else! I mean, it's practically like SME can't touch them for the time being and they could do whatever they want since the court agrees the invalidity of some clauses included in the contract.

I just hope that Yoochun, Jaejoong and Junsu will win this case FULLY (aside from the partial suspension part). As in SM will really be going DOWN!! hehehe. Because that is all that I'm asking for right now. =)

I think I'm gonna cool down starting from today. Thanks to these great news~ And thanks to Tohosomnia for these awesome translations. For once, I can understand all those law vocabs haha!!
