♥ Two Down

I've resolved on not commenting on the paper I've just taken. In the end, no exams are easy. We're either able to answer them, get a little bit confused on some of them, and could be totally lost for the rest of them (which in the latter case is your own fault for not studying seriously). I don't know if it's just me, but once I've focused on something, it is very hard to get them out of my mind no matter how long ago I've came across it. I do have a photographic memory though, so maybe that's the reason why. Otherwise, if I wasn't focused, or is just skimming through stuff, all I will be able to remember is the lines and the shapes and the colours of the pages, but not the details. If I didn't get the details, then how am I supposed to understand and reproduce those facts somewhere else?

Well, what I'm trying to say is - more like scolding myself here - FOCUS on what you're studying. Take your time in digesting the facts. Get into the details, because details relates to one another. It makes the world go round. -_-

Anyways, here are a couple of interesting photos I managed to grab from somewhere. I don't remember where, sorry! But I remembered the post was about these weird clocks of all shapes and sizes. It's really intriguing, but absolutely not practical. Though, I wonder if I could get my kids to get use to such weird clocks from the moment they're born. Haha! If I'm lucky they could become potential geniuses (hopefully not geeky, nerdy and everything else that goes along those lines), but if I'm unlucky they could potentially lose their left and right brain equilibrium at such a young age. I'd prefer them being normal though, so let's just stick to normal clocks shall we?

So at first glance, what time does this clock shows? Don't look at the bottom you cheater!! The moment I look at it, all I could see is the eyes of an insane person. I imagined shaking the box and the eye-balls would bounce everywhere. As tensed as I am now after all the revisions and exams, I am feeling even more stressed at the eye-balls. This clock definitely isn't helping...

Ahhh this is a bit nicer than the eye-balls. And it's not hard to read because we're already used to the positions of the hands. It's a plus though, because we can play while we check the time! Even though the so-called sentence won't make sense most of the time. 'Desire is Time' is completely rubbish. -_-

I've come across an 'Engineer's Clock' once on facebook where they replace the regular number with an equivalent equation. For example; the number 12 is replaced by square-root of 144, things like that. Some of them involves cos, tan, sec, log and whatever which is useful if you're hoping to nail the equation down on your mind. However, it's an absolute rubbish to the rest of us.

Time is GOLD is what they all say. There are many quotes involving time, and still many of us would take time for granted. In the Holy Quran, one whole Surah is dedicated to time, and we still can't see the cruciality of a good time management. Time can't move backwards and time never stops. If you missed it, then you'll miss it for the rest of your lives. How would you feel for something that will be gone from your life forever?

I need to get some sleep now. My head feels like it's going to burst anytime soon. I think it's been overworked. I need to do something physical for the rest of the evening. Should I dance when I wake up later? hee maybe I'll just jump around and scream like crazy. Then all will be good for the preparation for my next paper (and my housemates would finally regard me as a certified lunatic from overdosed ginko) puahahaha.
