| ♥ Another TVXQ Wannabe? Haha... If I were to become a singer, I'd aim for my group to be much much better than TVXQ! :P But this new group here only aims to be like TVXQ. As what they say, if we aim for the stars, in most unfortunate cases we'd still be able to land on the moon. But if we only aimed for the moon, then your next stop would be back to where you started, the solid soil of the Earth. My first impression of X-5 was... 'urghhh not another one -_-' LOL! I believe than I'm very very picky in my choices of preferences. And it took TVXQ quite a very long while to secure themselves a place in my heart. Almost half a year? Imagine it took me months to finally say 'Fine, they're really good...' :) As my standards has become higher, I've come to expect a much better debut for newcomers for them to declare themselves going towards the path same as TVXQ. And this group X-5, I would say that it's gonna be a long long long way with lots of detours before the path that they're looking for will probably show up. And that's if they got lucky. First of all, there's too much techno add-up to their voices. If they really want to show what they're really made of on their HOT debut stage, they should've sang with their own voices the whole way. I should admit that they have the vocal talent, even though some of them didn't possess favourable ones. :p But once I heard the techno-ish sound to it, it completely blew my expectation in a bad way. BYE BYE X-5! What's the use of good looks, great vocals, when you started with the wrong attitudes. Over-confidence, I might say, as I watched this HOT debut stage. I don't see humbleness, I don't see passion, I don't see hard work... -_- Their dance is all over the place, and they still dared to compare themselves to TVXQ. Nice try hoobaes~ Lucky you TVXQ is such generous and kind-hearted people, they won't criticise you on that openly. I'm a bad and picky person, so I will... xD But I think I should give you some tiny credit for making catchy songs that's entertaining. It might not make it to the 'Top 25 Most Played' on my iPodTouch, like ever ever and ever, but yeah, it's catchy. I like catchy :P |
