| ♥ Back From Hols!~ Finally... It's been a while since I updated this blog aye? :) Sorry for the absence, I've been spending these whole time traveling to places. I was excited before any of the trips started, but now I'm thoroughly exhausted. I first went to Penang with my family, stopped at Taiping for lunch on the way there. As usual, we're going to these places to eat all the good food. So basically, I've gained a few more kilos by the time I get back... =] Then I went to a four-days-trip to Sabah with my besties. It was the first time I went to Sabah and this is the only Malaysia state that I've never been at. And to tell you the truth, I was impressed at how beautiful Sabah actually is! Of course I've heard other people mentioning about it before, but I've always thought that it would look like any other rural areas around Malaysia that are still rich with nature. But Sabah is much much more than that. We went to several places, but not all around Sabah because we had some difficulties trying to find someone who could bring us there. We were lucky enough that this one guy is willing to drive us to some of the good spots in Sabah, even when he has tonnes of assignments and he had to drive late at night because the traveling time took half a day in total, and we don't even know him that well. We owe him a lot. This was our first destination, the Tip of Borneo. From here, we could see a thin line connecting the two seas (South China Sea and Sulu Sea) and the sea breeze is strong but soothing. I've always loved to look out at sea because it is of my favourite colour, sea's blue. :) This is at the Botanic Garden in Kinabalu Park. The weather was chilly. Loved to watch the trees here, everything looked so fresh! This was our third day in Sabah. We went snorkeling at Pulau Manukan and Pulau Sapi. It was also my first time, and it was awesome. :D The beach was beautiful, and the fishes were very friendly! There were several types of fishes that I've never seen before, especially one that has the colour of the rainbow. I mean it, seriously. The fish has all the colours on it, very cheerful ^_^ The fourth day was reserved for shopping. What? We're girls after all, haha! Then we had our flight back in the evening. It was overall a very good vacation trip that I wish to go on again, God's willing. :) And yesterday, my niece got married and the reception was held in Johor. We spent quite a few hours there and on our way back, the traffic was very slooowwwwww~ So that's pretty much what I did these past few days. I'd like to stay home and rest now before my flight back to Brisbane. I still have a few more stuff to settle before that, but I'm gonna take it slowly. I need to catch up on my fandom, and ohhhhh how I miss my Changmin so much... I hope he's doing well with the promotions and going back and forth between S.Korea and Japan. :)))) p/s: I've received my KYHD album. Yay! But but... I don't see any photocards for me. Wasn't I supposed to receive one?? :( |
